SUBSTANCE: invention describes solid medicinal formulations with internal and external phases for oral application and comprising an active substance gatifloxacine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates and accessory substances taken among the group including carriers, binding agents, lubricants, substances promoting to decomposition or their mixtures. Internal phase comprises an active substance gatifloxacine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates, accessory substances taken among the group including binding agents, carriers, substances promoting to decomposition or their mixtures. External phase comprises at least one substance promoting to decomposition and other accessory substances taken among the group including at least one lubricant, optionally carriers and/or optionally binding agents. Invention relates also to method for preparing these solid medicinal formulations. Prepared medicinal formulations exhibit reproducible indices of decomposing time and releasing the active substance gatifloxacine.
