FIELD: means absorbing or damping blast waves. SUBSTANCE: porous gas-and-liquid blast localizer has closed container which internal space is filled with porous material. Pores of material contain noncombustible liquid dispersing agent. In addition material has closed pores filled with gas which volume amount to 5 to 50 per cent of internal space of container. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of protection against blast effects of blasting devices. |
