PURPOSE: Provided is an adhesive dedusting cleaner having excellent quality properties which is produced with high productivity and low cost by preventing the scattering of characteristics of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION: The adhesive dedusting cleaner(1) comprises an expanded pressure-sensitive adhesive layer(2) comprising an isocyanate group-reactive functional group-containing acryl polymer; a polyisocyanate-based compound; a heat-expanding microsphere; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing an amine-based compound containing a plurality of hydroxyl groups. Preferably the expanded pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on at least one surface, and an antistatic layer(3) is formed between the expanded pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a substrate(4).
