PURPOSE: An assembling structure of a door trim and a door panel of a vehicle is provided to prevent noise during traveling by removing clearance with a reinforcing sill on a fixing hole of the door panel and a fitting part in the door trim, and to cut down manufacturing cost by removing the grommet. CONSTITUTION: An assembling structure(1) is installed between a door panel(2) and a door trim(3) of a vehicle. In the assembling structure of the door trim and the door panel, a reinforcing sill(5) is formed in a fixing hole(4) of the door panel to reinforce the door panel, and a fitting part(6) is integrally formed in the door trim combined with the fixing hole. A reinforcing bar(7) is formed in the fitting part to prevent breakage of the fitting part, and the reinforcing sill is formed in the rectangular fixing hole of the door panel. Noise is prevented by removing the clearance between the door panel and the door trim during traveling.
