PURPOSE: A dielectric ceramic composition having high dielectric constant and an electronic part using the composition are provided, to increase a dielectric constant to 9.000 or more with maintaining high AC breakdown voltage and a small capacitance change rate to temperature. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a main component which comprises 74.24-79.97 mol% of BaTiO3, 5.69-12.04 mol% of BaZrO3, 7.84-12.13 mol% of CaTiO3, 3.11-4.72 mol% of MgTiO5 and 0.10-0.60 mol% of Bi2TiO5; 0.1 parts by weight or less of NiO (except 0); 0.1 parts by weight or less of CeO2 (except 0); and 0.2 parts by weight or less of MnO2 (except 0). Also the composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a main component which comprises 74.38-79.79 mol% of BaTiO3, 7.33-10.15 mol% of BaZrO3, 8.34-12.13 mol% of CaTiO3, 3.40-3.76 mol% of MgTiO5 and 0.10-0.60mol% of Bi2TiO5; 0.1 parts by weight or less of NiO (except 0); 0.1 parts by weight or less of CeO2 (except 0); and 0.2 parts by weight or less of MnO2 (except 0). Optionally the composition comprises further 0.2 parts by weight or less of SiO2 (except 0).
