PURPOSE: A reinforcing structure of an inner panel of a door for a vehicle is provided to prevent rattle noise in operating the regulator, and to reinforce the inner panel of the door by fastening the center of the door regulator channel with a cross bar. CONSTITUTION: A cross bar(40) is installed laterally in a hole(31) formed in an inner panel(30) of a door for a vehicle, and both ends of the cross bar are horizontally fastened to the inner panel of the door. A stud bolt is installed horizontally from the center of a door regulator channel(32) to penetrate a through hole formed in the cross bar. An adjusting nut(52) is thread-connected to the stud bolt, and the clearance between the cross bar and the door regulator channel is adjusted by the adjusting nut. A bracket(60) is inserted to a recessed forming part formed in the center of the cross bar, and composed of a penetration hole integrated with the through hole of the cross bar.
