PURPOSE: A device for preventing slip of a vehicle is provided to prevent accidents by applying braking force to restrict the vehicle from rolling back on the slope, and to improve convenience by restricting the vehicle from being pushed back and forth in parking. CONSTITUTION: A slip preventing device of a vehicle comprises a reverse rotation restricting unit(4) preventing reverse rotation of a propeller shaft in parking temporarily on the slope, a forward and reverse rotation restricting unit(5) preventing forward or reverse rotation of the propeller shaft in parking, a control unit(6) operating the reverse restricting unit and the forward and reverse rotation restricting unit, a pneumatic unit(7) connected to the control unit to operate the reverse restricting unit and the forward and reverse rotation restricting unit, a rotation detecting sensor(8) transmitting input signals to the control unit and detecting the travel state of the vehicle, a parking detecting sensor(9) detecting the parking state, a balance sensor(10) detecting the gradient of the vehicle, a braking detecting sensor(11) detecting the braking state, and an acceleration detecting sensor(12) detecting the acceleration state.
