PURPOSE: A resin composition containing an ester of isothiocyanic acid used for an adhesive label or sheet is provided to prevent the exudation of an adhesive agent or resin thereof, sustain the release rate of the ester of isothiocyanic acid and maintain the bonding strength even after volatilization of the ester of isothiocyanic acid. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprises: a blend of a rubber-based adhesive agent having less than 100deg.C of a softening point and a terpene resin added with water having less than 100deg.C of a softening point; 0.5-15wt% of an ester of isothiocyanic acid based on the total weight of the blend. The resin composition has a viscosity of 3000-40000mPa·s at 90deg.C and bonding strength of 1N/25mm when being coated to a substrate, regardless of the volatilization of said ester of isothiocyanic acid.
