PURPOSE: A liver cancer forecasting system for diagnosing a liver cancer at an early stage and a controlling method thereof are provided to prevent individually the liver cancer by estimating a morbidity of the liver cancer and producing a relative risk for generating the liver cancer. CONSTITUTION: A liver cancer forecasting system for diagnosing a liver cancer at an early stage includes a control unit(422), a display unit(428), an input unit(421), a plurality of databases, a feedback counter unit(425), and a relative risk measurement unit(424a). The control unit(422) controls all operations of the liver cancer forecasting system. The display unit(428) displays information and graphic user interface according to a control signal of the control unit. The input unit(421) receives initial setup values, selects a predetermined menu according to the displayed information, and receives the information about the selected menu. The databases are used for storing clinic information and risk group information. The feedback counter unit(425) produces regression coefficients corresponding to chief causes of risk by using the clinic information and the risk group information. The relative risk measurement unit(424a) measures a relative risk for generating the liver cancer by using the regression coefficients.
