PURPOSE: A laminated sheet and producing method thereof are provided to improve the surface flatness of an adhesive layer even when maintained in the form of a roll, thereby preventing orange peel phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: The laminated sheet(1) comprises: a peeling sheet(2) with a long size; an adhesive layer(3) laminated onto a surface of the peeling sheet, wherein the surface is treated to be peeled; a substrate(4) laminated over the adhesive layer; and a protective material(5) placed on the substrate, which is attached corresponds to a part other than the mainly used portion of the adhesive layer. The method for producing the laminated sheet comprises: laminating a long peeling sheet, an adhesive layer and a substrate in this order; laminating a protective sheet on the surface of the substrate or the backside of the peeling sheet; removing a part correspond to a mainly used portion of the adhesive layer. |
