PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas flowmeter in which a motorized opening/closing valve is easily fitted. SOLUTION: A case 10 of the gas flowmeter can be split into a body part 11 and a measurement part 12 with a division surface being between a main section wall 13 and a subdivision wall 24. A fitting flange 34 provided to a motorized open/close valve 30 is screwed from the division surface side to the edge part of a valve fitting hole 25 formed on the main section wall 13. If the case 10 is split into the body part 11 and the measurement part 12, the main section wall 13 is exposed on the division surface. The fitting flange 34 of the motorized open/close valve 30 can be screwed to the edge part of the valve fitting hole 25 at the exposed part. So the motorized open/close valve 30 is more easily fitted than conventional one. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
