PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low loss irradiation head of a laser velocimeter for fixing an irradiation angle and an offset angle and the laser velocimeter miniaturized, integrated and accurately measuring a velocity. SOLUTION: The irradiation head of the laser velocimeter sets the offset angleΔθbetween a line parallel to one beam of laser light and the other beam of laser light to a preset angle and irradiates a velocity measurement object 20. A single cylindrical lens 123 having an axis orthogonal to optical axes of the beams of laser light is provided at launch ends 121c' of two light waveguides 121c for respectively launching the laser light so as to make two beams of exit laser light enter.
