PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress eccentricity of members on both sides of a work without using a guide pin in a pressure device for pressing a rotation member. SOLUTION: A pressure mechanism 2 is a device for pressing the rotation member and is provided with a bearing house base 7; a bearing housing 8; a pressing end upper 10; and a thrust bearing 9. The bearing housing 8 is fixed to a pressing direction side of the bearing house base 7 so as to ensure a space between the bearing house base 7 and it and a tapered hole having a diameter becoming large toward the bearing house base 7 side is formed. The pressing end upper 10 is movably arranged in the space movably to the pressing direction and has a tapered part 10a complementary with the tapered hole 8c and an abutting part 10b axially outwardly projected from the tapered hole 8c and abutting on the rotation member. The thrust bearing 9 is arranged between the bearing house base 7 and the pressing end upper 10 in the pressing direction at a predetermined interval and permits that the pressing end upper 10 is radially moved against the bearing house base 7 in the state that it is moved at the closest to the bearing house base 7 side.
