PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise caused by the rotation of a disk and the vibration of a disk tray. SOLUTION: A tray supporting body 18 is provided on the upper face of the strut 9 which is installed at the side of a front panel 15 and whose tip part is projected from an elastic member 7 in a vibration proof member 6 and the vibration of the disk tray 10 is reduced by making the tray supporting body 18 support the lower side part of the disk tray 10 at the time of loading when a spindle motor 1 and a clamper 3 being an optical disk rotating mechanism hold an optical disk 2.
