PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide camellia oil to an end user as pure refined oil of less composition changes as much as possible without bringing the oil with air in the atmosphere as much as possible before the camellia oil is refined and transferred to another small container. SOLUTION: When a balloon 8 filled with gaseous nitrogen is connected to a top part of a measure 6, and camellia oil is filled from the measure 6 to a small container 10, gaseous nitrogen fed from the balloon 8 is led to an upper portion above the oil level in the measure 6, the discharge of camellia oil into the small container 10 is promoted by the pressure of the gaseous nitrogen, and a space above the surface of camellia oil filled in the small container 10 is filled with gaseous nitrogen.
