PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active headrest structure with reduced uncomfortable feeling in the legs of an occupant sitting on the back seat. SOLUTION: In the active headrest structure, a headrest support member 14 for supporting a headrest 3 mounted over a seat back 11 is pivoted on a seat back frame 12, a pressure receiving member 15 extended integrally from the headrest support member 14 and positioned downwardly in the seat back 11 is provided, a load charged from the front part of a vehicle is inputted to the pressure receiving member 15 to turn the headrest 3 toward the front part of the vehicle. The back surface section 11a of the seat back is provided with a seat back pocket 20, and the rim of an opening 20b of the seat back pocket 20 is provided with a core material 21 vertically at a position matching with the position of the lower end 15a of the pressure receiving member 15.
