PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of products (9) without meandering and lateral bend by feeding a metallic material (6) to a rolling part (8) without deflecting up, down, right and left and rolling the metallic material (6) when rolling the metallic material (6) by using an upper and lower step rolling mill. SOLUTION: When rolling the metallic material (6) with the upper and lower step rolling mill either axial center of the rolling rolls of which is shifted to the inlet side of rolling or the outlet side in contrast with a conventional upper and lower step rolling mill which has the axial center (3) of an upper step rolling roll and the axial center (4) of a lower step rolling roll on the same vertical line, the outer peripheral surface of the rolling roll and the metallic material (6) are brought into contact in a contact part (7) on this side of working by the rolling part (8), the outer peripheral surface of the rolling roll serves as the guide of material by contact frictional force at that time and the metallic material (6) is kept to supply to the rolling part (8) without deflecting up, down, right and left, so that a product (9) without the meandering and the lateral bend is manufactured.
