Disclosed is a boosting voltage control circuit. A reference voltage for comparing the boosting voltage is generated using a trim bit. Further, the dropped boosting voltage and the reference voltage are compared. Therefore, the boosted voltage is kept to be a given level in a normal operation of the device as well as its read operation.
