The point holder is for the connection of a glass plate (1) with a supporting construction and has a flat surface for connection to the glass plate by adhesive (3). The holder is articulately connected to a bolt connected to the supporting construction. The flat connecting surface is part of an assembly unit (2,2a) provided with a thread. A housing body (4) has a counter thread for screwing to the assembly unit and an open chamber (8) on its rear side, in which a joint (9) is fitted, connecting the point holder with the bolt (7).
