PURPOSE: Pants used as shorts when it is hot or used as trousers when it is cold are provided to treat a Velcro tape portion and a portion joining a piece of cloth of the same material as the pants as neatly as possible. CONSTITUTION: A kind of jeans or cotton pants is cut at or above the knee and a Velcro tape is bonded to the cut portion. The bottom portion(3) of the pants is merely attached or detached according to weather. Since the Velcro tape portion(2) may be not good in appearance, a piece of cloth of the same material as the pants is bonded to the Velcro tape portion(2) 3 to 5cm below the Velcro tape portion(2).
