PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a loop antenna and a punching tool are provided to simplify a fabrication process and enhance the productivity by performing a punching process to connect a top connection point to a bottom connection point. CONSTITUTION: An insulating substrate(11) is prepared. A first conductive layer(15) and a second conductive layer(16) are adhered on both sides of the insulating substrate(11). A loop antenna pattern and the first connection terminal patterns are formed on the first conductive layer(15) of the insulating substrate(11). Connection patterns having the second connection terminals for connecting the first terminals are formed on the second conductive layer(16). The first connection terminals are electrically to the second connection terminals by using a punching method.
