PURPOSE: A high-solid acryl resin is provided, to improve impact resistance, hardness, adhesive strength, acid resistance and appearance and to increase the content of nonvolatile components. CONSTITUTION: The high-solid acryl resin is prepared from 100 parts by weight of a monomer comprising (A) 5-20 wt% of a monomer containing an organic acid group, (B) 5-30 wt% of a monomer containing a hydroxyl group, (C) 10-50 wt% of a glycidyl monomer, (D) 10-30 wt% of an aromatic nonfunctional unsaturated monomer and (E) 10-50 wt% of an aliphatic nonfunctional unsaturated monomer; and 1-5 parts by weight of an initiator. Preferably the high-solid acryl resin has an acid number of 5-20 mgKOH/g, an OH content of 3-5.5 %, a glass transition temperature of 0-30 deg.C and an average molecular weight of 3,000-6,000 deg.C.
