PURPOSE: A torque wrench for use in dental implantation is provided to simplify the structure of the torque wrench and thus, to reduce cost of manufacture and total weight and size, and to enable a user to check whether a proper amount of torque is applied. CONSTITUTION: The torque wrench for use in dental implantation includes a head(4) and a ratchet mounting portion(5) at one end and a handle(3) at the other end. Between the head(4) and the ratchet mounting portion(5) is a ratchet projection(6a) that is protruded inward of the head(4), passing through one side of the head(4). A ratchet(6) having an interpolated spring is mounted at the inner end of the body(2) of the torque wrench. Also, a torque indicator(10) including an elastic support part(11), a compressing part(12) and a torque indicating part(13) is installed at one end of the body(2). Particularly, the torque indicating part(13) is guided to a guide groove(13).
