<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for issuing a unique number by a viewer's broadcast terminal in a two-way program. <P>SOLUTION: The method urges a viewer to enter the number of issues i of a number to be issued according to a received stream, generates a number in a prescribed digits according to a viewer's ID capable of being expressed in a prescribed bit number stored in advance in the broadcast terminal applying processing to the stream and the number of issues entered by the viewer, sequentially stores the generated number to a prescribed memory area, and is characterized in to include the steps of generation: of obtaining a remainder resulting from dividing an accumulated numbers stored in the prescribed memory area by an integer as a zone number; applying a prescribed bit operation to the viewer ID by the number of times denoted by the zone number r to obtain a zone cardinal number; and obtaining the number to be issued on the basis of a combination between the zone cardinal number and the number of issues. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
