<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home soybean milk/bean curd-preparing machine of which easily soiled part can be washed with water, being easily cleared away and capable of always maintaining cleanliness. <P>SOLUTION: This preparing machine is constituted with a main body 10 establishing a supporting pole part 13 on the one side of a base part 12 having an approximately horizontal loading surface 11 and formed with an overhang part 14 projecting directly over the base part at the upper end of the supporting pole part, a cup 50 fixed on the loading surface of the main body, and a lid body 60 put as covering the upper end opening of the cup as freely demountable and supporting a filtering container 66 where the soybean is placed, so as to be hung down in the cup. At the lid body, a rotary transmission shaft 65 is installed as penetrating state, and the lower end of the rotary transmission shaft, a crushing blade 69 is installed as hanging down in the filtering container, and also at the upper end of the rotary transmission shaft, a rotary joint 70 is installed at the upper surface of the lid body. Further, at the base part, a heating body 15 for heating the cup is built in. Also, in the overhang part, a motor 20 is built in and the rotary power of the motor is transmitted to the rotary joint as freely joining and disjoining. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
