METHOD FOR DETECTING HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE BY USING NUCLEOTIDE DECOMPOSING ENZYME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily detecting hazardous substances to get a stable detection result in a short time.

SOLUTION: A nucleotide decomposing enzyme is used in the detection method for hazardous substances. The detection method includes (a) a step of adding and mixing a substrate and a test specimen to a nucleotide decomposing enzyme, (b) a step of performing the enzymatic reaction and (c) a step of determining the phosphoric acid concentration in the reaction system.
