<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate angle simulation/proofreading of a radar target wave. <P>SOLUTION: The radar 4 to be tested is arranged at a receiving point X. Phase/amplitude equalizing control means (17, 18, 19, 20) for equalizing a phase/amplitude of a received electric wave through the radar 4 to be tested arranged at the receiving point X; and angle detection means (21, 22, 23, 24) for detecting a coming angle of a single space radiation wave received through the radar 4 to be tested are provided.
