PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a process for producing a component member of a reactor which can sustain the performance of the reactor regardless of some variation in the overall dimensions of a laminated core member while realizing reduction in production cost. SOLUTION: A lower die 1 includes a separator 1d having a thickness of t projecting between respective laminated core members 30 and determining the dimension between them. Each of first and second side dies 10 and 11 has a face 20b abutting against a part of the side face of each laminated core member 30 in the thickness direction, and a molded face 20a formed at a position retracted from the abutting face 20a by the length of the thickness t. Under a state where the lower die 1 and an upper die 2 are closed and the first and second side dies 10 and 11 are advanced under an urging force, thermoplastic resin is injected into a cavity formed by the molding faces 1b, 4a and 20a of the lower die 1, the upper die 2 and the first and second side dies 10 and 11.
