PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a hose tip part that is a working part in moving operation of a placing position without impairing wear resistance, to secure excellent flexibility, and to elongate a service life. SOLUTION: In this tip hose A, an inner diameter d1 of a cylindrical inner rubber 1 is set to be constant over the full length thereof, and a radial thickness is intermittently small changed along an axial direction such that an outer diameter is large on an inlet part side of ready-mixed concrete and becomes small as it goes to an outlet part side.
