PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building for sufficiently securing each household privacy and easily contriving communication when a plurality of households live in one building. SOLUTION: The building has stories of at least two or more floors, and is provided with a plurality of exclusively used spaces A and B in which a plurality of the households use exclusively respectively, and a common space C in which the plurality of the households use commonly and with which the plurality of the exclusively used spaces communicate respectively.
