PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling method and a drilling device capable of effectively slackening the ground specially in a curved borehole. SOLUTION: A bore hole axis is made to propel in the ground while injecting drilling water w1 toward the direction D2 inclined in the direction of a curved propulsion in the direction D1 of the axial center toward the forward ground of a taper bit 6.
