PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polypropylene resin film material having flame resistance, durability, heat resistance, and creep resistance, and free from generating a harmful gas. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polypropylene resin film material contains a halogen-free resin mainly comprising polypropylene resin on a base fabric. Further, it forms a fire-retardant water-proof coated layer containing 0.2-4.0% by mass of a basic hindered amine compound and a thermal degradation-preventing agent and 10-80% by mass of flame retardance-imparting ingredients based on the mass of the halogen-free resin.
