PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for positioning and processing a precut workpiece to accurately cut the precut workpiece into a given length and to process it at an exact position on the precut workpiece. SOLUTION: On the device, a moving plate 6 transferred along a rail 5 is mounted, the moving plate 6 is transferred by a servo-motor 7, a rail 14 is mounted as parallel to a transfer conveyor 2 on the the moving plate 6 and a moving table 15 is mounted as capable of moving on the rail. The moving table 15 is positioned and transferred by the servo-motor 16 and a sawing device 10 is constructed by a saw 9 revolved by the motor 8 installed on the moving table 15, and further a laser unit 17 is mounted at the end of a feed conveyor 3.
