PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transferring matrix for forming a fine uneven surface capable of forming a random and fine uneven form in a high efficiency and at a good yield, and a method for manufacturing of the same. SOLUTION: The transferring matrix 15 for forming the fine uneven surface capable of forming the fine recessed parts and projecting parts nearly helically arranged on the surface of a nearly cylindrical base material of the matrix, is provided.
