PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated metal with adhesive properties and easy releasability which is obtained by easily coating a metallic sheet by an applicator such as an ordinary roll coater or an air spray gun and drying a coating film. SOLUTION: A metallic composite panel is obtained by coating the back of the metallic sheet with an easily releasable coating material with adhesive properties/easy releasability manufactured by blending (A) a tackifier resin with (B) an aqueous resin emulsion for the purpose of firmly anchoring (A) the tackifier resin to the metallic sheet and further, adding (C) a release agent for the purpose of upgrading releasability when the precoated metal is unnecessary. The panel can be piled up or stored in a roll and displays a firm adhesive force by cooling at a room temperature due to the thermal activation of the coating film and the consequent adhesive effect with various kinds of base materials by heating when laminated. When this panel is recycled (reused or sorted out/disposed of), the panel is easily released for its easy releasability by second energy irradiation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
