PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a hair drier for blowing off air for producing luster and wetness. SOLUTION: Ceramics form a surface layer of a built-in heater. The ceramics painted on a heater surface form a painted film by painting on the heater surface by blending a particulate with a heat resistant/ insulating paint material by forming a natural mineral component including alumina, silicon, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, calcium, iron, strontium, zirconium, and the like into the particulate of a size of around 5 micron. Air sucked in from a suction port is activated by being contacted with the ceramics in a temperature rise atmosphere by the heater to blow off the air having the function for producing luster and wetness. Actually, the function for forming hair having luster and wetness is imparted to the air blown off by activating moisture in the air sucked in from the suction port.
