PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish washer-dryer for preventing the deterioration and damage by heat of a drain pipe arranged in a home, by cooling wash water when draining the wash water heated to a high temperature. SOLUTION: When the high temperature wash water stored in a water storage tank 5 of a dish water-drier body 1 is stated to be drained via the drain pipe 11, cooling water is made to flow by driving a flow regulating valve 16, and the wash water is cooled, and is made to flow in the drain pipe in the home. A cooling means is composed of a second water supply means, a cooling water temperature detecting means for detecting a temperature of the cooling water flowing in the second water supply means and a flow regulating means for regulating a flow rate of the second water supply means.
