PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the replenishment and management of premiums for a game apparatus which offers the premium. SOLUTION: In a premium replenishing device 1000, a number-of-remaining-premium detector 1050 for detecting the number of the remaining premiums P, with which a turn table 1002 is loaded, is provided below a fixed table 1010. It is determined whether the replenishment of the premiums P is required or not, from the effect of detection by the detector 1050. When the premiums P have to be replenished, a replenishment instruction signal is transmitted to the device 1000 so that the premiums P can be automatically replenished onto the turn table 1002.
