PURPOSE: A composite exterior panel coupled with many materials is provided to heighten safety, earthquake-proof efficiency, soundproof effect and adiabatic effect. CONSTITUTION: The composite exterior panel(A) coupled with many materials comprises: a plastic sheet(1) having the appointed thickness, width and length; a metallic ornamental plate(2) coated with fluoric resins or polyester; and a polyethylene foaming sheet(3) formed by foaming polyethylene resins in the closed-cell structure. Wherein the metallic ornamental plate(2) is attached to one side of the plastic sheet(1) using an adhesive member(5), and the polyethylene foaming sheet(3) is attached to the opposite side of the metallic ornamental plate(2) of the plastic sheet(1).
