摘要 PURPOSE: A heat transfer fin structure for a gas boiler is provided to improve the efficiency of heat exchange by increasing a heat transfer area by forming high fins having a height of over 8 mm on an outer peripheral surface of a tube through a thread rolling process. CONSTITUTION: A gas boiler includes a combustion chamber cover forming an external appearance, and an exhaust gas guide plate installed at the combustion chamber cover. A combustion chamber is formed inside the combustion chamber cover. A heat exchanger is installed in the combustion chamber for exchanging heat. The heat exchanger includes a tube(24a) formed of a copper material and through which water circulates, and a plurality of high fins(24b) outward extended in a radius direction. The high fins are formed on the tube through a thread rolling process, wherein a height of each high fin is over 8 mm and the thickness thereof is in the range of 0.2 mm to 10 mm.
