PURPOSE: A system for transmitting an emergency message is provided to automatically inform many related parties of individual messages corresponding to the related parties at the same time, and to relay the messages corresponding to emergency messages, thereby enabling the related parties to quickly cope with emergent situations. CONSTITUTION: An emergency message transmission system(1) comprises as follows. A DB server(10) interlinks with various DBs(12,14,16,18), and manages various data. A message generation server(30) is connected with the DB server(10), and generates messages. A message transmission server(50) is connected with the message generation server(30), and transmits short messages. An ARS server(70) is connected with the message generation server(30), and transmits voice messages. One end of the emergency message transmission system(1) is connected with many data input terminals(2) existing in other fields through an intranet, and the other end thereof(1) is connected with message target terminals(3) through wire/wireless communication networks.
