PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed for nursing care capable of fixing a sheet, or the like, with which slippage or wrinkles of a blanket or a sheet can be appropriately prevented and the sheet can be restored to the original state even when the sheet slips down. SOLUTION: Both lining side ends on the head side of the sheet to be spread on the bed for nursing care are fixed to head side engaging pieces 8. The head side engaging pieces 8 are then engaged with engaging parts fixed on both ends of a back-side elastic band for holding bedclothes including a mattress 5 from the back. Further, both lining side ends on the foot side of the sheet to be spread on the bed for nursing care are fixed to foot side engaging pieces 9 and the foot side engaging pieces 9 are engaged with engaging parts 14 each fixed on each of a pair of foot-side elastic bands. The other ends of the pair of foot-side elastic bands are then fixed on fixing parts 16 on the body of the bed in a tractional state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
