PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part automatic mounting device capable of easy piping to a vacuum valve, etc. SOLUTION: In the electronic part automatic mounting device, in which a head lifting table 26 is provided on the periphery of a rotary table 21, a mounting head 23 is provided to the head lifting table, and a chip-shaped electronic part is sucked from an electronic part supply device by the mounting head and is mounted on a print substrate, the vacuum valve 161 and a manifold block 163 having an evacuating passage 165 and an air blow passage 167, both communicating with the vacuum valve, are integrally formed with the head lifting table, and the vacuum valve switches so that either one of a head side passage 175 communicating with the mounting head, the evacuating passage and the air blow passage is made to communicate with the vacuum valve.
