PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer aided display method for a three-dimensional object by which an operator (surgeon) can easily recognize displayed conditions.

SOLUTION: In this computer aided display method for the three-dimensional object (9), a two-dimensional basic image (23) of the object (9) and a two-dimensional basic display (20) of a three-dimensional volume data set (19) of the object (9) are acquired by a computer (2) and temporarily outputted as an image via an output system (10). The basic image (23) and the basic display (20) are simultaneously outputted into mutually separate places by the computer (2).
