<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recycle both substances by enhancing a recovery efficiency of calcium chloride in a neutralized ash and enhancing a purity of calcium hydroxide of a residual substance. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for processing a neutralized ash, the neutralized ash produced by feeding slaked lime into an exhaust gas generated in a burning device for burning a burning substance such as waste and containing calcium chloride is processed. Hot water is fed to the neutralized ash to dissolve calcium chloride in the neutralized ash into the hot water.
