<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust clogging, enable a safe operation, and almost dispense with a maintenance operation by alternately driving a suction device 19 and a compressor 23, and by communicatingly connecting grinders 1 with a cyclone separator 7 through suction ducts 4 and 6 having a different diameter from each other. <P>SOLUTION: Each of the suction ducts 4 of small diameter and the suction duct 6 of large diameter are connected to each other, and the suction ducts 4 of small diameter are respectively provided with the grinders 1. The suction duct 6 of large diameter is connected to the cyclone separator 7 in an opening communication manner. A cylindrical filter 16 is arranged inside a filter type dust collector 13, and a high pressure air blowing port 26 is arranged to an inside of the cylindrical filter 16 so as to be opposite to an inside surface of the cylindrical filter 16. A pipe of the suction device 19 opens at the filter type dust collector 13. The cyclone separator 7 and the filter type dust collector 13 are made to communicate and be connected with each other through the pipe 18. Exhaust passages 11, 29 of the respective cyclone separator 7 and the dust collector 13 open at a kneading chamber 31.
