PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrophotographic endless belt, which makes electric resistance uniform to obtain images of high image quality. SOLUTION: A cylindrical substrate 1 rotatable in the circumferential direction and a nozzle 2 movable in the axial direction of the cylindrical substrate 1 in a position close to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical substrate 1 are prepared, and a liquid paint 3 is discharged from the nozzle 2 brought close to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical substrate 1 toward the outer peripheral surface while rotating the cylindrical substrate 1 in the circumferential direction, and simultaneously, the nozzle 2 is moved in the axial direction of the cylindrical substrate 1, and thus the liquid paint 3 is spirally applied to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical substrate 1 to form an integral coating film consisting of a series of spiral coating films, and the integral coating film is dried and is extracted from the cylindrical substrate 1 to obtain the electrophotographic endless belt.
