PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuously manufacturing an FRP-made square pipe by laminating, heating and pressurizing a prepreg sheet. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for continuously manufacturing the FRP-made square pipe has a long core 10 for laminating a prepreg and feeds a prepreg sheet from prepreg lamination apparatuses 20, 30, 40 and 50 by pinching a release film with the core 10 to be laminated in a square pipe state. The core 10 has a less outer diameter size than an inner diameter size of the square pipe to be molded. A tape-like film is spirally wound around an outer periphery of the square pipe with a tape-like release film winding apparatus 200, and heated and pressurized with a hot pressing device 100. It is additionally heated in an after-curing furnace 110 to be formed in the FRP made square pipe. The square pipe is intermittently drawn out with an drawing apparatus 130 arranged behind a clamper 120.
