PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle stabilizing device capable of instantaneously starting and braking the vehicle movement and correcting the vehicle attitude in an abnormal state of the vehicle traveling of rolling, drifting and spinning or the like, especially in an emergency situation just before the accident. SOLUTION: The vehicle stabilizing device has a sensor means detecting the vehicle traveling state, and an instant control means which instantaneously separates the vertical direction gap between a car body and one or a plurality of wheels so as to stabilize the vehicle in response to the detection of the traveling abnormal by the sensor means.
