PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of an exhaust manifold which is applied to an exhaust pipe having a complicated bent portion and an expanded portion to prevent the ingress of foreign matters such as a spatter. SOLUTION: Outer holding parts 2b and 3b extending in the forward direction and inner holding parts 2c and 3c bent substantially parallel to the outer holding parts are provided on one end and the other end of a pair of semi-tubular members 2 and 3, respectively, and holding pieces 4b and 4c facing each other are provided on both ends of a partition plate 4 at a substantially right angle. The holding pieces 4b and 4c are held between the outer holding parts 2b and 3b and the inner holding parts 2c and 3c and fillet-welded. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
